Why the internet will never replace people

From Burbank, CA to Medford, OR the distance is 680 miles, which would take about 11 hours to drive…

I am looking for a last-minute plane ticket for my uncle (for the Birthday Bash) and found more than a travel option; I found the reason why the internet will never replace people.

This is what the airline’s search engine pulled up for a trip flying out on 15 November in the evening and returning on 17 November in the evening:

(OK, so granted that Burbank and Medford both being small airports, there is a mandatory stop of about an hour and a half, usually in Salt Lake City, but really, this itinerary is ridiculous)
